Email paingheinsoe.phs@gmail.com and you will get a reply from the person who made the app. Please say which iPhone you have and what you were doing when something went wrong, as it makes the problem much easier to find.

There is no account and no password, so there is nothing to reset and nothing to recover.

Common questions

Where are my records kept? On your iPhone, and nowhere else. There is no account, and no server of ours holds anything you type in. See the privacy policy.

How do I keep my own copy? Settings, then "Save my records to a file". That makes a spreadsheet you can put in iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or an email to yourself.

I already keep a spreadsheet. Can I bring it in? Yes. Settings, then "Add records from a file". It reads Excel files and CSV files, and it shows you everything it found so you can check it before anything is saved.

Can I make the text bigger? Settings, then Text size. The app also follows the size you set in the iPhone's own Settings, under Display and Brightness.

Will I lose everything if I delete the app? Yes, because nothing is stored anywhere else. Save a file first if you want to keep your records.

Does the app give financial advice? No. It describes what you recorded, and nothing more. For advice about your money, please speak to a qualified adviser you trust.
